What happens inside you under pressure shapes how others experience your leadership.
I work with CEOs, leaders, Human Resources and Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals who carry responsibility for people, risk and organisational culture.
Through practical organisational advisory and reflective self-leadership, we connect the outer system of governance, HSW systems, policies and psychosocial risk management with the inner system of the leader.
Grounded in presence, authenticity and self-trust, the work explores how leaders respond under pressure, and how that response shapes the experience and safety of others.
Both the organisational advisory and reflective leadership work are grounded in Trust-Based NOW Leadership™. A human-centred approach to self-leadership, psychosocial risk and organisational life.
Whether working alongside an organisation or an individual leader, the intention is the same: to support healthier, more authentic and sustainable ways of leading and working.
The philosophy brings together:
Trust-Based NOW Leadership™ recognises that people are not machines to optimise. They are human beings navigating complexity, pressure, emotion, responsibility and change.
Effective systems matter, but people ultimately lead those systems. Sustainable leadership requires attention to both the organisation’s outer structures and the inner experience of the people responsible for leading them.

Organisations are navigating increasing pressure, change, workforce fatigue and complex psychosocial risks. Strong governance, policies and risk-management systems are essential, but their effectiveness also depends on how leaders interpret, communicate and apply them.
Trust-Based NOW Leadership™ works alongside CEOs, senior leaders, Human Resources and Health, Safety and Wellbeing professionals to strengthen both the organisation’s formal systems and the human experience of those systems.
The approach is practical, reflective and grounded in organisational experience. It considers not only what an organisation has documented, but how its systems, decisions and leadership behaviours are experienced in everyday working life.

Leadership can carry pressure, uncertainty and responsibility that are not always visible to others. Even highly capable leaders can become disconnected from themselves while continuing to perform successfully on the outside.
Reflective Leadership offers a calm, confidential space to slow down and become curious about your lived experience of leadership.
This is not conventional coaching centred on goals, performance or being told what to do. Through reflective dialogue, we notice the patterns, tensions and inner voices shaping how you lead and relate to others.
The work is grounded in a simple understanding: leadership is shaped not only by what we do, but by what is happening within us while we do it.
You do not need to arrive with answers or a clearly defined goal. Curiosity is enough.

I work with CEOs, senior leaders, Human Resources and People and Culture professionals, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing practitioners who carry responsibility for people, risk, and organisational culture.
I understand the complexity of that responsibility because I have worked within it for more than 25 years.
My experience spans Human Resources, People and Culture, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, governance and organisational risk. I have developed and improved HSW systems, policies and procedures; supported risk management and legal compliance; strengthened consultation and committee practices; and prepared governance and board reporting.
I understand the challenge of translating legal and organisational expectations into practical systems people can use in everyday work. I also understand that even the strongest systems cannot create safety on their own. People ultimately lead systems, and how leaders behave under pressure shapes how others experience those systems.
This is where my two areas of work come together: self-leadership and psychosocial risk.
My PhD explored leaders leading themselves, and my work has continued to deepen through phenomenology, reflective practice and my own lived experience of leadership under pressure. I am the author of A Quiet Leadership Revolution and the creator of Trust-Based NOW Leadership™.
I bring together the outer system of governance, risk, policies and workplace practices with the inner system of the leader. Whether you are a CEO, leader, HR professional or HSW practitioner, I offer practical experience and a trusted space to explore not only what your organisation has in place, but how leadership and work are being experienced by the people within it.

A Quiet Leadership Revolution explores leadership from the inside out. It brings together my deep interest in self-leadership and psychosocial risk, examining how a leader's inner state shapes how others experience leadership.
It invites us to move from performance to presence and from fear to trust.
